MYSTERIOUS DEATHS IN TEXAS...WHAT'S REALLY BEHIND THE U.S. ATTORNEY FIRINGS..?

In 2004, there were five Assistant U.S. Attorneys working on the same Medicare fraud case out of the Ft. Worth office... This office had issued subpoenas in an ongoing investigation of Novation LLC and other hospital suppliers for alleged Medicare fraud and money laundering into the tens of billions...

On October 18, 2004 federal prosecutors Leonard Senerote, Michael Uhl , and Michael Snipes were fired from this office...

Ft. Worth office Senior US Prosecuting Attorney Shannon Ross, who had signed the subpoenas, was the subject of a New York Times article entitled "Wide U.S.Inquiry Into Purchasing For Health Care" :

"Based on the federal codes cited in a copy of one of the subpoenas, investigators are seeking evidence of health care fraud, conspiracy to defraud the United States, theft or bribery involving programs receiving federal funds, obstruction of investigations and other possible violations. The subpoena was signed by Shannon Ross, criminal chief of the United States attorney's office in Dallas." (by Mary Williams Walsh/NY Times 8.21.04)

Ms. Ross was found dead at home on 9.13.04 less than a month after the article appeared...

Her Chief US Attorney, Thelma Louise Quince Colbert, responsible for Medicare fraud out of the Ft. Worth office was found dead in her swimming pool on 7.20.04...
